Municipality of Wageningen first to go live with ParQ

Residents are provided with a portal through which they can apply for, extend, or terminate permits themselves after logging in with DigiD. They can also make license plate changes themselves or register a temporary license plate. The parking rights are sent to the NPR.

A title check of the license plate is configurable per product type and if the license plate is not in the name, additional documents are requested.

Municipal employees are provided with a portal through which the municipality's policy and products can be configured. In broad terms, these are the regulated areas with exception addresses, the rates with possible scales; the products and any mandatory documents. The three are then combined: a product type is available in an area at a rate.

In addition, employees can control and manage all issued products.

Finally, there is a counter function for the issuance of products by an employee at the counter.
